Table Style Edge Deletion Machine

The manual edge deletion table is meant for soft low-E coated glass. A manual edge deletion machine can incorporate an airfloat felt table, or a ball caster table per the Customer’s wishes.  The Deletion head is fixed in position, and is provided with pneumatic compliance for pressure adjustment of a scotch-brite style of wheel. Manual or automatic height adjustment can be incorporated.

A second machine option includes two moving edge deletion heads.  The glass is pushed to a corner, and the heads will move along two sides, after which the glass is rotated 180 and the other two sides are done.
