Rack Change Turntable

For automated loading systems, when a quick change from an empty rack to a full rack is required.

A heavy duty rotational platform provides enough space for two racks. The unit is typically motorized, but can optionally be used for manual loading systems without motorization. The unit turns 180 degrees to present one of the racks to the line, and then turns in the opposite direction 180 degrees to present the other rack to the line. The surface of the platform can be fitted with optional rack location brackets. Glass sensors can be provided. An optional pneumatic locking mechanism can be provided. Safety fencing is highly recommended.

Additional options include string interleaving application or removal.
