Jumbo and Semi Jumbo Loading Systems
The Semi-Jumbo Loader is designed to pick individual parts from a stack of parts on a rack or A-frame. The unit indexes into/close to the rack and pulls the outside sheet and lays the outside surface down on the conveyor. The Semi-Jumbo loader is designed for 60×60″ minimum and 108×144″ maximum. The conveyor then moves sideways finding the edge of the glass and aligning it with the downstream equipment, for example the CNC Cutting Machine.
