Double Edging/Seaming and Batch Creation

Another appliance processing line example, includes a double edge seaming line, and an automatic batching shuttle.  The seaming line includes Glassline’s SE style heads which are designed for high speed seaming of 30m/min or more.  The customer had many cross-belt seamers which were hard to keep manned, and then he also had an operator loading the conveyor to feed into the furnace.  The seaming line resolved the manpower issue by seaming all of their parts in much less time, while also automatically batching rows of parts into their flat tempering furnace.  This line was suitable for 40×60″ maximum glass, but we can design a solution for you.  Please call and tell us your requirements.
