D6005-38 Combo CNC Grinder / Drill, new in-stock, for short
delivery time. The machine is suitable for many different types of
shaped or rectangular glass parts that require a ground edge and have
one or more holes, for example appliance glass, shower doors, automotive
sidelites, etc. The part is easily programmed via the included WinShape
(G code generation) software, which can be loaded with a DXF file of the
part. Only one setup is required. The part exits the machine with the
ground or polished edges and all holes drilled. The holes are high
quality, as drilling is done from top and bottom sides.
The machine is set up for manual loading, but could optionally be
purchased with automatic loading/unloading and with automatic squaring.
