Wheel Balancer
The Glassline Wheel Balancer is a high speed single plane dynamic balancer specifically designed for the balancing of metal bond diamond grinding wheels from four to ten inches in diameter. After redressing, wheels sometimes lose the factory balance due to metal being removed during the redress process. An unbalanced wheel can create vibration that is detrimental to the grinding process and the machine integrity. An unbalanced vibrating wheel can cause edge chipping and a rippled edge. It also can reduce spindle bearing life.
