The Dual-Head CNC grinder further indicates Glassline's
superiority in CNC processing equipment. Our dual-head grinder
was developed for faster edge processing of large shapes such as
windshields, backlites, shaped residential or furniture glass, etc.
The system does not need to be limited to larger shapes, but the
dual head system provides greater payback on larger glass
perimeters in terms of grind time.
Options:
- Tool Cone - quicker wheel change-over (manual)
- Vertical Axis - automatically set the height of the diamond wheel profile based on operator
interface entry
- Various vacuum table configurations available - vacuum chuck, vacuum cup array, or dual-sided vacuum cups
- Automatic Wheel Stoning - a servo driven stone indexing system allows precise feed of the stone into the wheel to re-expose diamond and clear glass particles from the wheel. Includes a magazine to hold stones; with automatic wheel wear compensation software also available.
