Automatic Individual Shape Breakout
Glassline's automatic shape breakout system can be used for automatic breakout of a shape within a piece of glass. The breakout arms are programmable and therefore can move to various points around the perimeter of the glass. Multiple arms can be installed depending on the cycle time requirements and shape complexity.
Automatic Multipart Cut-down / Breakout System
Larger Cut-Down systems can also be implemented. A complete line solution has been achieved for loading, scoring of the large block with smaller rectangles and shapes, dynamic breaking into individual smaller rectangles, and then automatically breaking the shapes within those smaller sheets.
